Currently Royal Mid-Surrey host two major open competitions each year. The Mothers and Daughters which is run by the Mothers and Daughters Committee and was first played in 1932 and The Antlers, a prestigious men’s scratch competition which was introduced in 1933.
The Antlers has not been played for the last few years due to green developments on the J. H. Taylor Course, but it will be re-introduced again in the near future.
The Mothers & Daughters Competition is held every year in the Spring and will be played on Saturday 18 April in 2015.
This year Royal-Mid Surrey is also hosting the Junior Surrey County Championships on the Pam Barton (Inner) Course on Thursday 21st August 2014.
